Friday 9/6/13
Winds may be light enough and incoming background levels high enough for ozone levels to reach "Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups" on the north and northwest side of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and in the Tyler-Longview area and "Moderate" on the west and northwest side of the Houston area, with highest concentrations this afternoon and into the early evening. Regional background levels may be high enough for the daily PM2.5 AQI to reach "Moderate" levels in much of North Central and East Texas. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range. 

Saturday 9/7/13
Winds may be light enough and incoming background levels high enough for ozone to reach "Moderate" or possibly higher levels on the north and northwest side of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and "Moderate" levels on the north and northwest side of the Houston area and in the Tyler-Longview area, with highest concentrations in the afternoon and early evening. Regional background levels may be high enough for the daily PM2.5 AQI to reach "Moderate" levels in parts of North Central and Northeast Texas. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range. 

Sunday 9/8/13 Outlook
Winds may be light enough and incoming background levels high enough for ozone to reach "Moderate" or possibly higher levels on the north and northwest side of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and "Moderate" levels on the north and northwest side of the Houston area and in the Tyler-Longview area, with highest concentrations in the afternoon and early evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
