New National Standard Report Available in ICIS Business Objects

In response to user requests, a  new report has been posted in ICIS Business Objects.  The report: "RNC V Report"  is posted in the NPDES National Standard Reports folder.  lso, the report: "Informal Enforcement Action Report"  in the in FE&C National Standard Reports folder has been modified to display Programs Violated on the 'Details State' tabs and an optional prompt for 'Issued By' added. 

The "RNC V Report" in the NPDES National Standard Reports folder has the following features: 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

• This report gives you all Non-RNC Detected Violations that occurs where the violations date is within the QNCR Quarter and all RNC-Non detected Single Event Violations with no Single Events Violation End Date.
• The report displays Non-RNC DMR Violations, Non-RNC Schedule Violations and Non-RNC Single Event Violations.
• The report also has a Legends page to give a short explanation on what values to enter for RNC Quarter, RNC Year, Start Date and End Date.
• The report is run by selecting RNC Status Year, RNC Status Quarter, Start Date and End Date.  Optional Prompts are NPDES ID, Permit Type Desc, Major/Minor status and State Code.

The "Informal Enforcement Action Report" in the FE&C National Standard Reports folder has the following features:

• This report provides Informal Enforcement output and outcome summary totals by fiscal year, Region, State and Issued by EPA.
• The report displays in addition to summary totals information for Informal Enforcement Actions Issued by EPA, Issued by State, Issued by State by Prog. ID, NPDES Information EPA and NPDES Information State.
• The detail information output for the Informal Enforcement tabs displays by Fiscal year, Region and State: Enforcement information, Linked Facility Information, Statute/Law Section/Program Information, Citation information, Contacts and Comments. For the NPDES Information it displays by Fiscal year and gives the Region Code, EA ID, NPDES ID, Permit Name, Facility Name, Facility State Code, Major/Minor Status, Achieved Date and Issued By.
• The report is run by selecting Achieved Date Range, State, Region Code.  Optional Prompts are Issued By, Federal Statues Violated, law Sections Violated, Programs Violated and Enforcement Action Type.
