Mayor Rawlings will launch new Dallas 311 app at City Hall

 

WHAT:           Mayor Mike Rawlings will officially launch a new Dallas 311 app that will make it easier for residents to submit and track service requests from their smartphones. The Mayor will call on Dallas residents to become “311 ambassadors” and promote a culture of clean in their neighborhoods.

                       

“The new 311 app complements our Grow South Initiative and will allow residents to become proactive 311 ambassadors throughout our city,” Mayor Rawlings said. Using the app and their smartphones, residents can quickly report common code violations such as high weeds, litter, trash, junk vehicles, graffiti and illegal dumping.
