Boy band 'N SYNC also reunited with Timberlake for a few songs. 22-year-old charged with shooting 3-year-old boy Police have charged a 22-year-old Flatbush man with the shooting of a 3-year-old boy early Saturday morning. According to police, 22-year-old Akeem Bernard shot the young boy, identified as Terrel, in the head on East 21st Street. A baby sitter was taking care of the boy at the time of the shooting. Police: 1 dead, 1 hurt in Sunset Park shooting Police say one man is dead and another injured after a shooting early this morning in Sunset Park. Two men have been taken into custody, but have not been charged.
