	Limited service continues on Metro-North Commuters are still battling delays on Metro-North.The New Haven Line is running at about 50 percent capacity this morning.There are four trains per hour leaving Stamford, two local and two express.Officials say they have added a limited number of electric trains to that critical 8-mile section between Harrison and Mount Vernon today where the power problems started.Officials are estimating that service won't be back to normal until Oct. 8.

	Lawmakers call for Metro-North investigation Lawmakers from Connecticut and New York are calling for a federal investigation into the power failure that has crippled the New Haven line. Sen. Richard Blumenthal and Sen. Chuck Schumer met at Grand Central terminal over the weekend.

	Man shot in the arm in Bridgeport Bridgeport police are investigating an overnight shooting. Police say one man was shot in the arm around midnight on Park Street.

	Bridgeport schools to hire more police Bridgeport is getting some federal funding to hire more police officers for schools. Bridgeport police say the grant is worth more than $2 million.

	Taxi drivers feel effects of New Haven Line outage The outage on Metro-Northâ€™s New Haven Line is impacting commuters as well as taxi drivers,who make a majority of their fares at area train stations. Taxi drivers say they hope the outage is resolved quickly so that more fares will become available.
