	Jersey Shore sees $4M loss in revenue Sandy recovery and early summer season rain are to blame for a $4 million loss in beach badge sales at the Jersey Shore this summer. According to an analysis by the Asbury Park Press, Monmouth and Ocean counties collectively suffered a 16 percent total loss in revenue, even with the "Stronger than The Storm" $25 million federal tourism advertising campaign.

	'Patrick the Dog' abuser gets 18 months probation The Newark woman who admitted to abusing Patrick the pit bull received 18 months probation during her sentencing today. The emaciated dog was found near death at the bottom of a trash chute at Kisha Curtis' apartment almost two years ago.
