	Arrest made in fatal Bruckner Blvd. hit-and-run Police have arrested a man who they say was behind the wheel during a fatal hit-and-run in Longwood. According to authorities, 31-year-old Leroy Forrest struck and killed 24-year-old Abigail Lino with his SUV.

	What is Labor Day? For more than a century, Labor Day has been celebrated on the first Monday of September, but some Bronx residents that spoke to News 12 were not sure why. 	New York Daily News endorses Lhota for mayor The New York Daily News has officially endorsed Joe Lhota for mayor in the Republican primary. Lhota is the former chairman of the MTA, and has already been endorsed by the New York Post and the New York Times.

	Man charged in double shooting at Vidalia Park A man has been charged in connection to a shooting at Vidalia Park that wounded two people, including a 3-year-old. Alexis Tatis was charged yesterday morning with second-degree attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
