	Man almost drowns at Croton Point Park A Rockland man is recovering in the hospital this morning after almost drowning during a boating trip with friends. Police say at around 5 p.m. yesterday, the 23 year-old and six others anchored their boat in the Hudson River just off Croton Point Park.
