The Latest Top Stories From News 12 Bridgeport chase ends in crash Witnesses say a high speed chase in Bridgeport ended in a crash early this morning. It ended on Noble Avenue just after midnight. Rabies warning issued in Fairfield Fairfield police have issued a rabies alert in town. Police say they shot and killed a skunk on Sunnieholme Road last week after it bit a woman doing yard work. Fairfield lawmaker facing charges A state representative from Fairfield is facing assault charges after what police say was a family dispute. Fairfield police say state Rep. The fire started around 5:30 a.m. on Pettom Road.
