Thank you again, from the team at WND.com!

Arguments justifying secession have been a feature of our politics from the beginning.

You might think you know how Americans feel about secession but, click here, to cast your vote and see the results instantly!

At the end of 2012, in a YouGov poll, 29% of Americans supported the ability of a state to secede if a majority of their residents supported it. While, only 1-in-5 Americans polled would support a secession movement in their state. Click here to see where Americans stand in 2013!

The pros of secession…

Secession will free you from the crippling burden that is our federal tax code. As of 2013, if printed out, our federal tax code takes 73,954 regular 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of paper. (as reported by the CCH Standard Federal Tax Reporter)

Having the power to secede would bring states’ right to the forefront. Arguably, the right to secede from the nation is more powerful at influencing change than the secession itself.

The cons of secession…

President Obama would close down or repossess federal courthouses, prisons, national parks, and military bases that pump billions of dollars into local economies.

The feds would take back highways, airports, and stop funding public universities.

Not to mention the costs of building and maintaining their own militaries.

Click here to cast your vote, and see where Americans stand right now whether or not states should be allowed to secede.

Sincerely,

Wendy Bidwell
Director, The Project to Restore America
