	Higher tolls possible for new Tappan Zee Gov. Andrew Cuomo's ambitious plan to replace the aging Tappan Zee Bridge has quietly hit financial uncertainties that could shift more of the $3.9 billion cost to motorists and taxpayers statewide, with the possibility of far higher tolls than the $14 originally predicted, according to documents and interviews.

	New Haven Line running at 50 percent The Metropolitan Transportation Authority says a limited number of electric trains are going to be running on Metro-North's New Haven Line for the morning commute. Officials say Saturday will be the first time any electric trains will be able to run through an eight-mile section of track between Harrison and Mount Vernon after a power failure in a Con Edison feeder cable last week.
