Email not looking right - Try the online version   Important news about changes to your Gmail Account   Hello, You've probably noticed a few changes in your Gmail inbox recently which may mean that you have been missing your regular emails from The Mail. Gmail has divided your inbox into 3 categories or 'tabs' called "Primary", "Social" and "Promotions". We've noticed that Gmail is categorizing emails from the Mail in the "Promotions" tab - which means you currently won't be seeing regular email alerts from the Mail in your usual inbox. Go to Gmail to have a look »       The new look of Gmail... note the tabs   Three very simple steps to ensure you receive your newsletters 1. Click on the Promotions inbox tab 2. Drag Mail emails and drop them onto the Primary tab 3. When asked if you want future emails to go to your Primary inbox, just click "yes".
