	Truck driver in Greenwich crash issued tickets A truck driver has been issued tickets for an accident in Greenwich that led to crippling delays on the Merritt Parkway yesterday. Police say the driver was from California and didn't know that having a commercial truck on the parkway is illegal. They say he was issued tickets for driving an unauthorized vehicle on the parkway, exceeding clearance and failing to obey a traffic control device.
