Loved ones confirmed to News 12 that a Graham family to protest for new indictment

Ramarley Graham's family is planning to protest this afternoon after learning that the police officer who shot and killed the unarmed teenager will not be indicted again. Supporters will gather outside the Bronx District Attorney's Office, which is neither confirming or denying whether officer Richard Haste has been cleared in the shooting.
