	Graham family to protest for new indictment Ramarley Graham's family is planning to protest this afternoon after learning that the police officer who shot and killed the unarmed teenager will not be indicted again. Supporters will gather outside the Bronx District Attorney's Office, which is neither confirming or denying whether officer Richard Haste has been cleared in the shooting.

	Gillibrand pushing for voter registration changes Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand is urging Congress to restore a decades-old law aimed at helping minorities at the polls. Gillibrand is among the politicians urging federal legislators to change a provision in the 1965 Voting Rights Act. The stipulation, which was overturned when the Supreme Court ruled on the issue back in June, protected against forms of discrimination and voter suppression.
