Public Information Meeting: Area Designations Under the 2012 PM2.5 NAAQS

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will hold a public information meeting in El Paso regarding area designations under the 2012 primary annual PM_2.5 NAAQS on September 17, 2013. The meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. MDT in Room 179 at the TCEQ Regional Office, 401 E. Franklin Avenue, El Paso, TX 79901. TCEQ staff will present an overview of the 2012 PM_2.5 NAAQS, current monitoring data for the State of Texas, exceptional events, and the process for state designation recommendations to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
