	Mumps cases traced to Belmar restaurant Health officials in Monmouth County think they may have traced the source of a mumps outbreak to D'Jais Bar & Grill in Belmar. Out of 22 mumps cases reported so far, 20 of the people with symptoms either visited or worked at D'Jais in the past few weeks.

	Route 495 closed at Turnpike this morning Route 495 westbound was closed this morning where the road meets the Turnpike, causing traffic headaches for commuters. All westbound lanes were closed due to a multi-vehicle crash.

	Mother arrested in Jersey City abandoned baby case Police have arrested Rosibel Christina Lanza, 39, of Jersey City, in connection with the premature baby that was left in a trash bag behind a Jersey City building Saturday afternoon. Detectives say Lanza gave birth to the boy in her home and then abandoned him.
