Dallas Executive Airport to undergo important renovation

 

What:             Over the past ten years, in partnership with the State of Texas, the City of Dallas has invested more than $15 million dollars and received $8 million dollars of private investment for improvements at Dallas Executive Airport.   These Capital Improvements projects include new terminal and business conference room facilities, upgrading airfield lighting, new restaurant, new air traffic control tower, perimeter road and fence, access control systems, and new taxiway construction. The continuation of these improvements at Dallas Executive Airport will now include a major runway reconstruction project that will begin in 2014.  After the completion of this reconstruction, Dallas Executive Airport will be poised to become the premiere regional airport in the region.
