The owner of the Mobil Exxon station on Route 59 in Spring Valley says the driver of a Coca-Cola truck accidentally backed into the pump setting off a huge fireball. Couple rescued from burning building A young couple and their dog had to be rescued from the roof of the burning apartment building overnight in Croton Falls. Tom and Angela Mullane say smoke detectors woke them up around 3:45 a.m. today to find their apartment engulfed in in heavy smoke and flames. The say they crawled out of a bathroom window and onto a roof. Lindsey Peaks is expected to a face a judge this morning. She's out on bail along with her brother Dametrius Torain. Shashi Ramsaroop, Peaks’ fiancé, remains behind bars.
