	Bill Thompson visits Brooklyn during 24-hour tour Democratic mayoral hopeful Bill Thompson visited the Brooklyn Terminal Market in Canarsie this morning during his 24-hour campaign tour. Thompson stared at 7:45 yesterday morning in Staten Island and has made several stops in every borough all day and all night.

	Work on R Line could disrupt service for 12-14 months Starting tonight the MTA will shut down service on the R Line from Court Street to Whitehall Street for 12 to 14 months. This mile-long pair of tunnels sustained extensive damage during Hurricane Sandy, when 27 million gallons of water flooded and destroyed the underwater track system.

	Photos released in Dekalb Ave. station robbery Authorities have released the pictures of two men they say assaulted an 18-year-old who was standing on the staircase of the Dekalb Avenue subway station. In the 81st Precinct, police say a man sat down next to a man riding the northbound A Train and displayed a weapon.

	11 people held at gunpoint in robbery spree Police are looking for the man who has held up 11 people at gunpoint in a three-neighborhood robbery spree. The robberies happened between July 10 and July 28, with eight of them in East Flatbush. Two were reported in Flatlands, and one was in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens.

	2 burglars caught on video during business burglaries Williamsburg and Greenpoint residents are on edge after a dozen businesses in the area were burglarized. Police are hoping surveillance video will help them track down the two men who they believe are responsible.
