	BX residents turn out for Summer Streets fest A Bronx road was blocked to traffic today for a street festival with food, shopping and fun. The Bainbridge Avenue Merchants Association closed down East 204th Street from Bainbridge to Decatur avenues for the third annual Summer Streets event series.
