America Movil makes $9.6 billion bid for rest of KPN
MEXICO CITY/BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim's America Movil has made a 7.2 billion euro ($9.6 billion) bid for the shares in Dutch telecoms group KPN it does not already own, challenging a rival offer for KPN's German business.
Aegean offers new concessions to get EU okay for Olympic deal
BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Greece's Aegean Airlines has offered new concessions to gain EU antitrust approval for its second attempt to take over rival Olympic Air, indicating an earlier offer had failed to ease competition concerns over the deal.
