	Plan to limit sugary drinks falls flat in court The city's plan to regulate oversized sugary drinks is fizzling out in court again. An appeals judge ruled Tuesday that Mayor Michael Bloomberg's initiative to stop the sales of sodas, juices and other sugar-laden drinks larger than 16 ounces is unconstitutional.

	Pizza shop thief wanted for snatching wallet Police are looking for a thief who struck a pizza place in the Bronx. Authorities have released a photo of the man, who they say grabbed a wallet from the counter at a Little Caesars Pizza on Decatur Avenue.

	Co-op City residents miffed by MTA bus service Residents of Co-op City say transportation has been a major pain since the MTA made budget cuts in 2010. They say that since the MTA chopped the Bx26 and Bx28 bus lines through the middle of Co-op City, the majority of the 55,000 residents have to take a second bus or walk a long distance to link up with those major lines.

	Weiner drops to 4th place in new poll Anthony Weiner has dropped in the polls again as the fallout from his latest sexting scandal continues to wreak havoc on his campaign. The former congressman has slipped to fourth place in the Democratic race with 16 percent of surveyed voters willing to back him up, according to a new poll conducted by Quinnipiac University.

	PAL Playstreets comes to Monroe Houses There is now a new and safe place for children to play at the Monroe Houses, thanks to the Police Athletic League Playstreets Program. The program provides a safe location and supervision for kids to play throughout the day. Activities include air hockey, basketball and many other games.
